We operate a low overhead custom home business, and our goal is to build you the home you want at a price you can afford.  We have been in business in the Brazos Valley since 1991.

Typically, we meet with customers after they have talked with one or more local builders – some have decided that they could not build a home, or the size of home they wanted.

We oversee every project and take on a limited number, but those that we take on really do get a home they can be proud of – without breaking the budget.
